Very nice device . It is small so u can bring it with u and it is faster to seal . I used to seal a bag of chips in two shots and I shook the bag and nothing came out . It has 3 different gears for different type of bags and came with 2 extra thermal insulation strips so u can replace them after .

Das Folienschweißgerät kam sehr schnell und gut verpackt an. Der Akku war noch geladen, sodass ich gleich testen konnte.
Das Gerät ist leicht zu handhaben und erklärt sich von selbst (Anleitung liegt aber auch bei). Es verfügt über 3 verschiedene Stufen für verschiedene Dicken von Folien bzw. Tüten. In den häufigsten Fällen kommt Stufe 2 zum Einsatz; diese funktioniert prima für beispielsweise Gefriertüten oder angebrochene Chipstüten. Die eingestellte Stufe erkennt man an den grünen Leuchtpunkten (1, 2 oder 3).
Der Bag Sealer lässt sich zum Einführen der Folie ein Stück weiter aufklappen (s. Bild 2), was den Vorgang sehr erleichtert. Hat man die Folie eingeführt, presst man den Sealer zusammen. Es erscheint ein rotes Licht und nach wirklich sehr kurzer Zeit leuchtet es wieder grün. Schon ist die Naht verschweißt. Die verschweißte Tüte lässt sich auch wieder an der Naht aufreißen (wie die Original-Chipstüte). Auch mehrere Schweißvorgänge an gleicher Stelle sind möglich, natürlich kann man die Tüten auch ein Stück abschneiden.
Pluspunkte gibt es für die leichte Handhabung, die sehr gute Funktionalität und die Lademöglichkeit mittels USB-Kabel, das mitgeliefert wird. Ein weiterer dicker Pluspunkt für die Mitlieferung von Ersatzwärmestreifen, die verschleißanfällig sind.
Einen Punkt Abzug, da in meinem Paket die Übungsbeutel fehlten, was ich aber verkraften kann. Der Preis ist insoweit gerechtfertigt, da das Gerät wiederaufladbar ist und in diesem Segment zu den günstigeren gehört.
Alles in allem, Daumen hoch, meine Empfehlung!

This so handy for heat sealing bags. It gets hot! I replaced the batteries from the generic ones they included but the fact that they included any batteries was amazing. The functionality is easy. Works quickly so great heating speed.

Easy to use, seals great, what’s not to love? I’ve used various thickness of bags and it has worked on all of them. I especially like the feature when the light goes red when you push down, it turns green when you should let up. It keeps you from melting through bags, a problem I had with the smaller hand held types that you slide over a bag. I can recommend this product.

We are not the most organized household and we seem to often have several products open at the same time. This seemed like a good way to keep them fresh until we got around to finishing them off. Unfortunately we found it very difficult to use. The edges of the bag you are trying to seal need to be very even and completely unwrinkled. I don’t know about how other families open their chip bags, but in my house they are rarely pristine. Even if you are very careful, and do your best to smooth the top out, the product is very hard to use. It does not glide across the bag easily and we found that the action of pulling the sealer across the top of the bag only made the bag rip more most of the time. It was only after several tries and trimming the edges of the bag down numerous times that we eventually got one to seal at all. The process was so frustrating that when I was finally successful in sealing a bag, I didn’t want anyone in my family reopen it and undo my hard work. Buy some good chip clips instead. The result was definitely not worth the effort.

Spotted this item while surfing Amazon one day and had to give it a try. It has actually impressed me for the price I paid and we’ve used it lots so far. Takes a little practice to get the hang of sliding it along the bag you are trying to seal. I usually do it across half the bag and the spin the bag around and start where I left off and finish the line the rest of the way. Hard to explain that but once you try you’ll see it’s easier to do the way and keep the bag tight while you are sealing. Especially since some bags have a seam in the middle. . The sealing process is similar to a heat strip on a vacuum sealer. Just need to recognize that it doesn’t make it perfectly air tight. So far so good. It works well enough that you don’t have to worry about the bag spilling open or have to use a chip clip to keep it closed up. Some times it’s helpful to use some scissors to cut a clean line instead of trying to fight to get the sealer to go over areas of the bag that got torn or crinkled with the original opening.

It does somewhat seal the bags but barely. If I go slower it just burns a hole in them. It’s good enough that I still prefer it to bag clips but it’s not that great of a seal.

Used it twice and forgot about it. I actually needed to seal something now and remember I had it. Tried and won’t seal. Even changed the batteries and nothing is happening. Waste of money. Good idea but not worth it. Good thing it was cheap

Saw this on a Facebook reel. Ordered because we always have open bags of chips with chip clips that fly off. This thing works like a charm and is super easy – love it. You can cut the bags down and reseal! No leaks, no flying chip clips – life is great

It’s a little tricky to use. First there cannot be any wrinkles in the edge you are sealing. Second, you have to slide it along the edge you are sealing at just the right speed, too fast and it won’t seal properly/completely, too slow and it will completely melt through the bag edge.
