I ordered 2 Bags of American Ginseng Slices. When the shipment came, I open the package and see there is only 1 bag not 2,I try to return but unable to return. Very disappointed.

The ginseng that I received 4oz.package nowhere stated that it was Organic, although on Amazon it is advertised as Organic.

This is my first time trying ginger slices and I’ve got to say that I was pleasantly surprised that I liked them. I am familiar with the numerous benefits of ginseng thus my interest in trying them. I definitely like that it is harvested in the USA! After reading the package & doing a quick internet search on using ginger slices, I decided to make a ‘tea’ with them as I had no interested in chewing the slices.
I boiled about 6-8 slices (I wish the packaged provided more detailed information on making the tea ie: how much water to how many ginseng slices) in a quart of filtered water (I just took a guess on the ratio). I also put a spoonful of honey in the water while it was still hot. Then it went in the fridge. To me, the taste was mild and refreshing. It’s going to be a great summer drink for me!
