Be it Free or low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express,Fedex or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Vendors if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Return of Goods

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Non-refundable items:

– Items older than 30 days after delivery

– refrigerated items

– Fresh food (fruit)

– new flowers

– Items with signs of use

– Damaged or defective items (if the original item was damaged or defective, or the item was shipped incorrectly, you may receive a refund for those items)

*If the package is returned to us due to your absence, we will discard refrigerated or frozen food and any quantity of refrigerated or frozen product will not be returned.

Refunds

We can only process refunds for items purchased directly from YouZiBaiHuo.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email Refund@YouZiBaiHuo.com and We will email you an address where to send your item back.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the YouZiBaiHuo.com online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

If your order was not delivered or the package is missing after the carrier marked it as delivered, there are a few reasons why this may be the case.

Order Number as Tracking Number 

The order number may have been entered manually as a tracking number or the app may have incorrectly pulled in the order number instead of the tracking number. Please check to make sure your tracking number in the app is the correct tracking number provided by the merchant. 

Delivery Delay or Carrier Error

Some packages can show up late or be temporarily held up in local transit. Shipping carriers can even mark an item as delivered a little early, and it may not arrive until several days later. Sometimes, a package may be delivered to a neighboring address by mistake. In this case, it's wise to check with your neighbors to locate the package. 

Stolen Package

In the unfortunate case that your package was stolen, please see the next steps below. 

  1. Always track your packages.
  2. Ask around about missing packages.
  3. Contact the sender or retailer.
  4. Report the stolen package to FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  5. File a police report for the stolen package.
  6. Check with your credit card company about purchase protections for stolen packages.
  7. Consider filing a claim with your homeowner’s insurance or renter’s insurance for high-dollar items.
  8. Avoid becoming a victim of porch pirates in the future.
Do you deliver on public holidays?

The Delivery Service doesn’t deliver mail on Sundays or on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. (There is an exception for special delivery or express packages.)

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

No, not all orders are eligible for next-day delivery.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
You might need to sign for a package if the sender requires a signature. For example, you might need to sign for: 
  • Packages with age restrictions, like alcohol, ammunition, or medication
  • High-value packages
  • Business deliveries

Shipping carriers might require a signature depending on the contents of the package. For example, USPS Signature Confirmation is available for domestic-US shipments. UPS Signature Required is a delivery confirmation service that requires the recipient to be physically present to receive their package.

If you're not home to sign for a package, the courier might: 
 
  • Leave a door tag
  • Reattempt delivery
  • Leave the package in a secure location
  • Send an email to the email address on file
You can enroll in UPS My Choice to leave delivery instructions. If you leave an e-signature, UPS will leave the package without a signature.
