This time, I made a home version of Claypot Chicken by referring to the practice of Crock Pot Chicken and Furnace Chicken. Ingredients: One Three Yellow Chicken, sliced ginger, red dates, mushrooms and Codonopsis. Seasoning: 1 bowl of Taiwanese rice wine, 1 bowl of Shaoxing Huadiao wine, 1/4 bowl of Maggi fresh soy sauce, 1/2 bowl of water.
The cake is quite big. To be stored in two small bags.
