This is the first screen protector I’ve used that involves moistening the phone and the appliqué as part of the installation. I wrote to the company asking how the water/soap solution they supply with the kit is supposed to evaporate. The answer was that the decal uses a combination of capillary action and permeability. This means the water squeezes itself from the edges as you install it, and further evaporates through the screen protector itself during the overnight recommended for it to set. If the membrane can allow moisture out, that made me wonder if I should use any lens cleaning fluid in the future, and if so, would there be any types to avoid for risk of damaging the protector. No such risk was mentioned, and in fact, lens cleaner and a microfiber cloth were the recommended ways of keeping the screen protector clean. Having just installed it, I’ll update this review with how it has held up after a while.

I wish it didn’t show finger prints so easily and maybe wiped clean a little easier without cleaner but seriously a good product. Pretty easy to apply and you really can do over at least once if you get it wrong the first time. I shifted mine a little to the left so it partially covered the front camera lense. I immediately took it off and started over. It worked nicely and I’m happy to say stayed on with no trouble at all after the 2nd application so I still have the 2nd one from the pack for my husband’s phone or a backup for me. Very happy with the results. First time purchase. Will buy again. Galaxy S20+

UPDATE #2: It seems like I had to give them the lower stars for them to acknowledge it. But customer service was good, they sent me a few extras. Some didn’t work again, but one of them seems to hold up okay. Time will only tell. It also seems like since my review was on the top, with low stars, someone took it off somehow so no one would see. But either way, it’s an alright screen protector. Just a gamble, maybe go with tempered glass but this is one of the good plastic ones.
UPDATE June 28th: So as of recently, it started
to peel on sides badly. Without and with a case on. Now it’s basically to the point it doesn’t adhere to the sides, I’ll push down and it comes right back up within a few mins. I even tried reapplying with more solution. AND the company isn’t giving out anymore of the free second screen protector (until further notice I think) and the seller won’t give out or acknowledge the second screen protector like promised from packaging and advertised on here. So changed and keeping it to a 2 star until there’s a solution.
Original: Normally i don’t write reviews but this is great. I got this screen protector mainly because of the reviews and they are 100% right. NOTE: This is a film screen protector, not glass. This is actually my first film screen protector on a phone compared to glass, let alone being from Armorsuit, and I think I’ll stick with them for awhile.
Pros:
– Armorsuit makes quality. Feels nice to the touch, doesnt feel like it’ll shatter or scratch anytime soon
-Doesnt look like anythings there, making it look almost brand new everytime
– Comes with everything you need for application
– Includes free warranty and an extra screen protector coupon just incase you mess up or something happens
– Fingerprint reader works normally and without having to change touch sensitivity
– Goes around the edges nicely and works with most cases
Cons:
– Not a huge deal enough to change stars on review, but I wished they showed how to install rather than link to a video with another device. Since those who might not have internet or confused. So it made installation alittle irritating at first but with patience youll get it just right.
I recommend installing it and leave overnight before bed. Since it’ll take about 12 hours to fully set. What I did was line it up correctly pushing all solution out and wait 20 minutes, until I pushed the edges down 2-4 times every 15 minutes or so right before I’m done to make sure it’s set. Using a blow dryer could make it easier but it’s not needed. Then it’ll be all ready for you when waking up. Put a case on and you’re protected.
Long story short: BUY THIS SCREEN PROTECTOR. It’s the best on Amazon. Compared to glass, this will protect you probably longer and way cheaper. Combine it with a case as intended, and you’ll be set. Thank you Armorsuit!

It may say “case friendly” but depending on the case, you have to line it up _perfectly_ which can be hard to do unless you’ve already used the first film.

The material is just fine. But on my Samsung Galaxy s20 ultra the material seem to be just shy of the right size. Because my phone is an edge it curves down, but this plastic stops at the upper point making a line that is detectable.
It’s not bad, it just seems to not be the perfect fit. I will not lie, it is still on my phone at this very moment lol. Better than nothing I guess.

I purcahsed this since the manufacturer has a 100% lifetime warranty. What the manufacturer did not tell you that they will only honour the warranty if it has been purcahsed from a SPECIFIC seller. Amazon.ca does not seem like one of theose sellers. I have provided the invoice to customer service, as they requested, but they will NOT accept it. I find that the company has not been clear on this, and did not find this anywhere in the description. I have been emailing customer service, and they are sticking to that story, while on the product page they state that “we will gladly replace the prodcut FREE OF CHARGE no matter what the issue is.”
I will adjust the rating, provided that the manufacturer honours their word. So far they are not being cooperative at all.

Fits perfect. Installation is super messy. I’ve never had more trouble with a screen protector and it’s hard to line it up and keep it in place because of the liquid spray. In comparison to other protectors I’ve had in the past this one does it’s job but it’s definitely not fingerprint resistant. If you have any oil on your fingers or face you can see it all over the screen and it doesn’t clean off very easy even with spray or wipes. But.. If you can manage to get it on without getting specks underneath it and it’s clean it’s super clear. Works with the fingerprint unlock as well. Doesn’t interfere with sensitivity.

See this is why you can’t listen to everyone’s reviews and you just have to try it for yourself. Ppl complain about the easiest dumbest things. I am a very indecisive person. I read the reviews and felt like I might not like this screen protector and went for it anyway because other products had far worse reviews. All you have to do is watch the 40sec video of how to apply and FOLLOW 1st grade directions. The easiest most smoothest application process EVER! I’ve changed my screen protector numerous of times throughout the yrs this one is by far the best adhesive, the easiest application, no air bubbles, fits the screen like a glove like it came from the manufacturers of the phone and its smooth to the touch. Nothing difficult at all!!! I won’t be using any other protectors. This one seems like it’ll last a yr or two… It dried really fast too. No lifted edges either. If you mess up this simple application it’s definitely your fault there’s no way you can fail at this. Smh lol. NO way!
