I bought this because it was metal, my old one is plastic and just doesn’t cut or trim the herb stems/leaves well. I’ve only used this herb stripper on parsley and basil so far, but it works great on them, so I anticipate it will well on other herbs. The blade is surprisingly sharp and the blade cover fits very well. I would buy again.

This is one of those kitchen gadgets you don’t really need, but will be happy when you do have it. It makes stripping herbs like rosemary, thyme, and cilantro an absolute breeze. With just a few simple motions, I can quickly remove the leaves from the stems without any hassle or mess. It saves me so much time and effort in the kitchen!
