I bought it for my son. He has an apple phone. Very cool and convenient. It’s a little hard to pop your phone in and out especially if you have a case on phone. Once set up it’s easy to use

I have an Android and PC, and this works great for emulator games! The Mocute app isn’t available for Android, so I can’t say anything on that, but if you love playing emulator games like me and you want a versatile and comfortable controller at a decent price, this is it!

This is the first phone game controller of this sort that I’ve tried, so I don’t have anything to compare it to directly. For the price I’d say it’s OK. The good news is that it seemed to work fine for the couple games I tried it with (Asphalt 9 and ContraReturns). I didn’t try any of the custom button mapping features of the Mocute app, so can’t speak to that either…but for games with joystick support it appears to work well.
It does seem like this is on the bottom of the price range for a game controller…and unfortunately it shows in the overall quality. I tried it with an iPhone 14 pro, and it does fit without a case on my phone, but just barely…so if you have a case that extends past the camera lenses, it will likely only fit on the bottom. It was still usable with the case, but you may need to be careful. In terms of the plastic and buttons…the build quality reminds me of the cheaper remote controls you’ll get with budget RC cars and drones, so certainly not a premium feel to any of that…but also not a premium price.
This might be a good option to try out how these game controllers will work with your phone, then maybe save up for a more premium version.

Bluetooth randomly cuts out in the middle of playing, and reassigns itself a new identity each time. It has so far registered itself as 4 SEPARATE wireless controllers, deadzones on the joysticks are LARGE. making using the joysticks clunky. The build is super flimsy and i forsee the sliding mechanism for the controller being the first thing to mechanically fail. The power button being the second. In fact i think the power button and build quality is playing a large part into the bluetooth disconnecting. And the controller pops into bt search mode randomly. bought this for a plane trip, and it was a waste of money. Going to be requesting a refund.

The product description said it was for iPhone 15 through 11 working backwards. However, there is no way to connect it to my iPhone because the cord is wrong. This can all be smooth over by simply sending me the proper cord to connect to my iPhone 11.
