Sent these to my sister with a very special birthday message. It was not included. There were no directions about cutting the stems or growing powder to keep them fresh. Very disappointing.

These flowers arrived in perfect condition because they had taken care to account for heat and abuse the box may receive while in transit. The stem bottoms were in enclosed water tubes and the stems wrapped in wet paper. They carried fresh and lasted as long as flowers bought locally.
