I had this cake at a friends birthday party. I couldn’t believe how delicious it was. I am not even a fan of strawberry shortcake and this is one of the best cakes I have ever had. Everything was so fresh and light and not overly sweet. I ended up buying one for my husbands birthday and we ate the whole cake that day. We usually end up throwing out leftover cake. My children ages 10 & 20 have now requested this cake for all their future birthdays!
