I stress a ton and clench my teeth giving me constant tension in my shoulders and neck and causing awful migraine-like headaches daily. Before buying this I would need to use a disposable adhesive air activated neck and shoulder heating pad daily. I still do wear them at work because I often have to get up from my desk, but for home use this has SO many advantages:

Timer that you can use or not
STAYS ATTACHED! (you don’t sweat it off like the disposable ones)
Covers more surface area up the neck, across shoulders and down back
Good for people of different sizes – large on me but NP, works well
Less pollution than using disposable heat pads all the time so:
Ultimately less expensive, too, than buying the disposables
It does the job, relaxing my neck, shoulders & upper back and easing my headaches!

缺点：
While the cord is a decent length, you ARE attached to a power outlet, so:
Have to take it off when you move or go anywhere
Much more obvious to others than the disposables which mostly hide under clothes

In sum, I may have just talked myself into getting another one for the office and I wish it had an adapter to work in the car 😉

I’ve had some neck issues ever since a car accident many years ago. I cracked a few vertebrae back in my late 20’s and now in my 60’s I can get some residual pain in the back of my neck. This wrap is like getting a warm hug right where I need it! The heat feels so good and I can adjust it exactly how much I want. Bang for the buck-it pretty perfect!

I had a pinched nerve in my neck. I needed to alternate cold and heat but my flat heating pad wouldn’t stay in place. I got this neck/shoulder heating pad to help.

Here are the pros:
– The heating element is in the neck portion, not just the shoulder/upper back.
– It does get hot enough to feel through clothes
– Alternatively, you can set it low enough to put directly on your skin
– It has timer settings, 30, 60, 90, 120 so you can sleep with it and not worry
– It has an on/off physical switch so if the time and temp buttons are accidentally pressed, and you want it off it won’t come on.
– Long cord. I haven’t had to use an extension
– The connector to the heating pad is at the bottom corner and I usually don’t feel it
– The material is soft velour
– The snap keeps it on my neck and I don’t have to hold/adjust
– It’s also the perfect size/shape for ladies abdomen pains

中性的：
– The weights are not really heavy enough to pull down on my shoulders when sitting upright (nothing to lean against). But also the weight also isn’t so thick that when I do lean back against a sofa, it isn’t annoying. I can imagine it would be hard to design the perfect balance of both weight and comfort.

缺点：
– The heat settings are numbered 1-6. I would rather have the actual temperature on the controller.

I bought this to relax tight neck and shoulder muscles when I sleep on my shoulders or neck wrong. It has multiple heat levels and is made well of a soft quilted Valure material. This isn’t a USB rechargeable heating pad. It is an electric pad that comes with an ample 7-foot cord you plug into an outlet. I love that it’s washable even though I haven’t tried washing it yet. The shoulder area and neck opening is big enough to accommodate my neck and shoulders and my husband’s 17-inch neck and broad shoulders.

I set it on 4 out of 6 heat settings and set the auto shutoff for 30 minutes. The 4-level auto shutoff feature is a must since I almost fell asleep. It definitely helped loosen my neck and shoulders and relieved my headache. The one thing that would have made this a 5-star product is if it came with a storage bag or box.
