I ordered the potato peeler because I was tired of spending so much time hand peeling the potatoes. With a family of 4 that likes to eat a lot of potatoes this became quite time consuming, and it was always me with the peeling detail. We used the peeler the first evening it was delivered. It worked great, was very fast and does it’s job! You will still need to cut off the top and bottom of each potato, but that is nothing compared to having to peel a whole potato! The clean up was very easy. The peeler was very easy to use and simple to understand how it operates. It is compact and fits very nicely in the cabinet for storage. It also works very well on apples and oranges. I would definitely recommend this product, it did not disappoint!

This is the first time I’ve ever used something like this, and to be quite honest, I like it. I messed up the first orange that I used it on as I ended up “taking half the orange off”, not just the peelings. The 2nd one came off almost perfect. However, the reason why I am giving it only 3 stars is because after I was done with the 1st orange, I looked on the counter and saw a spring laying there. I KNOW it didn’t come out of the orange, so it had to come off the machine. I just cannot figure out where it came from. But considering that it peeled the 2nd orange almost perfectly, I’m not going to be too concerned about it.
