I was unsure about this transaction as I had only used FTD florists before. But since finding FTD is nigh on impossible where I live now, I gave this a chance. The delivery was made on schedule and the report was that the flowers were lovely. I only wish I could have seen them myself.

The bouquet was for a memorial. I waited to order until it said they’d be delivered 3/10. They were delivered 3/5. The recipient was put in the awkward position of telling me the condition of the flowers. Many leaves and flower stems were bent; lots of flower leaves were brown edged; many blooms were brown and would not flower. From across the room, it’s a big, beautiful bouquet. Up close, half of the flowers and leaves were in bad shape. Very disappointed.

THE FLOWERS WERE NOT DELIVERED ON THURSDAY AS PROMISED BUT INSTEAD ON SATURDAY . THEY HAD DEFINITELY BEEN IN THE BOX TOO LONG AND NOT FRESH AND HEALTHY LOOKING.

We send and receive many flowers bouquets and are usually disappointed to find at least some of the individual flowers to be dated and fade quickly. This bouquet was shocking fresh, every bloom and bud opened. The best we have found. Our new “go to” florist.
