My friend got 10 roses and one eucalyptus stem. So embarrassing because I sent this for her birthday and it wasn’t as described at all.

I ordered these flowers without first looking at the rating. 2.1 stars. Believe it…It’s a 2* for me. 1 star for the colors and one for the scent. The colors are beautiful and you can actually smell the roses. However, some of the roses were wilted, dried with brown petals. All the greenery that you see in the picture, it’s not included. The rose green leaves were folded and crumpled. I am so bothered because there are no returns or refunds. I tried cancelling about (1) minutes after I ordered them b/c I hadn’t read the reviews until after I submitted the order. That’s when I found out no returns are accepted. Buyer Beware!!!
