I still can not sleep

I like the warmth and soothing flavor of this fruit tea. The taste may take a while to get used to even if you are a regular tea drinker but it’s not unpleasant at all. It is definitely not a strong taste but for the purpose of soothing and helping with sleep I think it provides a good balance between flavor and function. I do not usually have trouble sleeping so I cannot really attest to the effect. I do think it might help.

This product arrived on time. I was able to try this the first night and I did feel a bit more relaxed, but the key for me was continued use. After one week, I found that I was indeed a bit more relaxed before bed. It could have been the reason for me to fall asleep easier, but not sure. My sleep quality is about the same as before, but falling asleep faster is a positive for me. Taste is excellent and no side effects. In the morning, I am fine.
