I ended up returning this phone to Amazon because I found this on sale at Best Buy very briefly on sale for less. This does not change my opinion on the phone. My wife used this phone on a recent trip out of country with a eSim and it worked great. Gave her access to tools that she needed and allowed her to use a esim carrier which was awesome. ESims are a game changer vs getting a physical card in terms of ease of use and value. It is a no frills phone but has a lot of features I miss in modern phones even flagship ones like expandable storage and a earphone jack. Nice wide screen and good enough performance for most people. I would recommend this as a starter for young children and again for traveling internationally. Overall a great phone.

Motorola phones have always been the only ones I will use. I love this phone because of the additional features that only Motorola has. The flick of your wrist opens the camera and click it another way and the flashlight opens. To some this isn’t a big deal but to me it’s a feature I use on a daily basis. This phone is easy to use and a good operating system. The battery lasts for a very long time. I am always using my phone for work and for games and the battery lasts me all day. Charges super fast too! I highly recommend this phone to everyone especially for the price

What a great upgrade from my previous model. The screen is brighter and the phone is a lot faster. Picture and video is a lot better as well. Overall, worth it!

Phone is okay; the touch screen seems a lot less responsive than that of the Moto 5G Stylus being replaced. Listing description indicates there is a fingerprint reader, which is not true on the Moto 2025, or at least on the unit I received.
But mostly I REALLY don’t like the Android version. 15. FAR less customizable than the v. 13 I had been using. No widgets for toggling wifi on and off. Re-sizing of widgets and icons is all but impossible. Difficult to find and select custom ringtones. Some very useful apps that I loved are not compatible with Android 15. Phone doesn’t “wake up” when I pick it up; it requires pressing the on button and then entering my screen unlock code EVERY time.
The is my third Motorola phone, and for the first time, I’m not very happy with this new Moto 2025. VERY disappointed in the latest Android version.

I have had Motorola phones for the past 10 years now. I continue to go in that trend unless something happens to this phone. Is the most current model of the G series and to get it at the printer or sold for is awesome. Great battery life and easy to use with some additional features that my previous phone (G Stylus ’22) didn’t have. Highly recommend.

This 2025 phone replaces my 2022 Moto G. The transition to the new phone was seamless with all of my apps, data, and even home screen icons copying over. Battery life is about what I expected–a full day without recharging. The new camera is significantly improved in both still and video modes. The phone now has NFC, missing from the 2022 model. I fully expected that when they added NFC, they would have removed the FM radio capability, but they didn’t. Plug in a pair of wireless earphones and you have a fully capable FM radio a feature that I always liked.
Overall, the Moto G 2025 is a great budget phone with all the features and performance that I need.
