I don’t know what kind of sorcery they put into this grunting hedgehog toy, but my dog is obsessed. Like, “ignores me when I come home because he’s too busy squeaking it” obsessed, or is proudly showing it off to me as I come through the door.

The grunt noise? Hilarious. It sounds like a tiny hedgehog is perpetually confused about life, and I can’t stop laughing every time my dog gives it a chomp. It’s just the right amount of ridiculous without being annoying.

Durability? Shockingly good. My pup is a professional toy destroyer, and yet this little hedgehog has survived the apocalypse of his teeth. It’s been thrown, shaken, pounced on, and carried around like a prized possession—and still, it lives! Though when they do inevitably get the grunter and squeaker out, they are thrilled and still carry it around.

Final verdict: If your dog likes fun, goofy toys that make you laugh as much as they entertain your pup, this grunting hedgehog is a must-have. Just be prepared for it to become your dog’s new best friend (sorry, humans). 🦔🐶💕

Every dog needs a Hedgie and the large one is huge and wonderful with both squeakers and grunters. Holds up pretty well to my little destroyer although I admit to having two hiding in the closet that I got on sale for when surgery is no longer an option for the first one.

The feet have small squeakers in them which is fun but make sure you watch your pet it they like to open toys to get the squeakers as these are small and could easily get swallowed. When my demon opened the feet (he always hobbles his toys first, so they can’t run away) I just pulled the squeakers out of the holes immediately and tossed them.

Wartezeit war Ok, da es aus der USA kam. Spielzeug kommt bei unserem Hund sehr gut an da die Geräusche sehr verlockend sind . Allerdings nach zwei Wochen waren an der Nase die ersten Fäden und am Rücken war die Naht aufgegangen. Der Rücken würde wieder genäht und die Fäden entfernt und somit wieder voll einsatzfähig . Das 100 Prozentige Hundespielzeug gibt es wohl nicht , daher ist dieses ganz in Ordnung und besser wie viele die wir nach einer Woche komplett entsorgen mussten. Ich würde dieses Hundespielzeug wieder kaufen .

This toy quickly had its legs chewed off, but other than that it has held up very well. It’s too fat for my Lab to get her mouth around it, so she drags it around by its nose. It would be too big for a small dog, but is a good toy for large dogs that are hardy chewers. I dislike the sound it makes; I guess it’s meant to be a hedgehog sound, but it sounds like my dog is strangling. The first time I heard it I thought the dog was throwing up. I could do without the sound effects, but my dog seems to enjoy it.

My dog loves her hedgehog so much she has to bring her everywhere… I find it so cute when she runs around the house with the huge thing! ☺️ Most importantly its been three months now and its managed to hold up quite well.

Our 50# labrador retriever terrier mixed beauty is equal parts sweet lap dog as she is aggressive chewer/player. As we all know, it’s near impossible to find an “Indestructible” toy for our furry companions but we keep trying! While this hedgehog is not chew proof, it is cost effective enough to warrant the playtime our girl gets out of it before getting another one. It has a unique belly sound that our dog loves, while the familiar squeakers on the paws add some more fun to it! Because of its sheer size and strong puffiness, it may resemble a living thing that your dog could try to hump, even if they are fixed and you’ve never seen them hump anything else lol! First time for everything I suppose! It is also worth mentioning that my wife knows how to do simple sewing, so when the hedgehog creates a tear, she is able to fix it pretty easily and get the toy back up and running. Overall, I am happy to keep subscribing to these every couple of months to refresh and keep our doggo happy as can be 🙂
