I sent this basket as a thank you for extensive help a good friend had been kind enough to offer. The basket was well received, but the card wasn’t included with the basket! Given that the basket is simply delivered to the front door, that meant my friend got it and had no idea where it was from or what it was for. That’s just not ok — imagine if it had been a company thank you, where there was no follow-up after!
Given that I have seen other reviews on here where the same has happened from same company, I would not recommend using this seller, or if you do, use their own website.

My 4 th time ordering .
My 92 year old mother thought the items in this basket were cheap and of poor quality . So did my siblings.
We ended up giving to Salvation Army. I called customer service and even though the lady had my order in front of her she questioned if I was calling the right
company ??.She stressed the high quality of items . I felt pretty insulted . Harry and David next time .
