Very good protection with soft sides all around, good feedback with four lights, a little heavy but manageable, a little thick but fits in your pocket, charges phone first, then case battery later, REQUIRES CHARGING CABLE (cannot be charged using any of the Qi chargers in your home and car, very inconvenient), very inexpensive.

It has never been harder to charge my phone and keep my phone charged than it has since I purchased this phone case. Obviously, that’s a problem considering the only reason anyone (including myself) would bother to purchase a phone-charging phone case is that they’d like to keep their phone charged with more ease and convenience.
The difficulty faced with this product comes from two primary issues:
1. The charging port is loose. Like, really – REALLY – loose. The way that when a cheap phone charger starts breaking down you have to hold it at a specific angle to get your phone to charge? Get ready for that to be your life no matter how new or how good the charger is. Pick the phone up? No longer charging. Bump against the phone where it’s sitting by accident? No longer charging. Phone just vibrated ’cause you got a text? No longer charging. HOLDING THE CHARGER IN PLACE WITH YOUR HAND PLEADING WITH THE GODS FOR IT TO JUST STAY PUT? Congrats, it just *might* stay charging. Gravity alone will pull the charger out of the port on this thing. I have to take my phone OUT of it’s case now to charge it. Needing to remove your phone case to charge your phone would be obnoxious enough as it is – really adds insult to injury that I bought this case SO I could charge my phone more frequently.
2. It takes FOREVER to charge the case, and it doesn’t HOLD that charge long enough to get my phone to 100% more than once. This case wants to be plugged in for 16+ hours to fill all four of the indicator lights completely, and then gets my phone charged one good time and taps out. Now, I *suspect* this has to do with issue number one here – that loosey goosey hole at the bottom has a pretty rough time keeping the cord in place, so it charges on and off on and off, unless it’s placed neatly on a flat surface where it lays untouched and undisturbed for a very, very, very long time. Which, as I’m sure you can imagine, is not the kind of thing it’s easy to do with an object that lives *on your phone*.
This case sucks so bad that every single day of my life from the moment I bought it until right now I kept finding myself thinking “Don’t forget to leave this god awful phone case a terrible review on Amazon when you get a second.”

Three days ago the battery pack for my iphone 11 stopped charging the phone. Battery pack was fully charged I depressed the button so it would charge the phone and nothing happened – tried several more times. Took the phone out of the battery case and used canned air and a brush to clean out the connector and then recharged the phone (minus the battery pack) when phone was fully charged I placed it back in the battery case/pack and about ten hours later with 28% left on phone I tried pressing the button to get the battery case to charge phone it would not.
Contacted Amazon – I bought it direct from them but after half an hour of interrogation by the amazon person I was furious – then they told me I would have to work with the vendor directly – really? I paid Amazon so now I’m dealing with vendor. I’m cancelling my Prime account when they don’t assist prime members anymore.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BATTERY PACK – I went to Best Buy bought an external battery pack and a new case and will charge my phone that way.
*** vendor contacted me and wanted me to make a video to further explain the problem – really? It is very straight forward – I replied I’d like a refund or a full replacement issue RMA and return label and I will return DEFECTIVE unit – awaiting a response because I told them no video.
CRICKETS FROM VENDOR – look elsewhere for a quality case
UPDATE still haven’t heard from the vendor but I bought an OtterBox case, put my iPhone in it it doesn’t have the battery in the ironic thing is my iPhone battery last longer without the battery case! I think it was actually draining my battery on the phone! Instead I bought myself an anchor external battery and a carrying case that I can put a couple cables in and the phone will even fit inside it as well
So I lost 20 or $25 but at least I know not to look here for an alternative I’ll stick with the external battery, this was the third case that I have had that hasn’t worked out.

I loved this product for the first 3 weeks. Within a month of having it the product stopped charging my phone. I’ve texted amazon support system about it and they did nothing but waste my time. I recommended lots of family and friends to this product. What a waste!!!!

We use this case when traveling outside with our phone. It is light and slim but holds enough power to charge my iPhone 11. The case is one piece and the top is a bit flexible so you can put your phone into the case, I think it could have a better design because if you are not careful you can break the connector pin if you don’t flex the case just right and have your phone slid in. The case itself charges quickly and it holds a charge for about a week if it is not in use. So far so good.

The phone case broke after 4 months of me using it. No it did not break from me dropping it because I rarely ever drop my phone and when it stopped working I had not dropped my phone in about 2 weeks. The charging port for the phone case just stopped working now it will charge my phone but I cannot charge the phone case anymore and I can not charge my phone while my phone is in the phone case.
