ordered it for prime day so i got a deal, i love all the little accessories that come with it. it comes with a card that has a QR code you scan in order to get warranty, which is good i like it a lot. it seems to be a lot bulkier than the pictures, i understand cause it’s a battery lol but it doesn’t seem to be any slimmer than any other brand i’ve tried. overall i’m liking it a lot, i hope it holds up and treats me good when i’m out.

UPDATE: The company was very responsive, and reached out to either replace the device or issue me a refund. My respect for the company making this went up a dramatic bit, and based off of the other interviews having success, I would recommend giving this product a try.
I really wanted to like this case, and when it works, it works great. It just hardly ever works great. When I leave it plugged in overnight, more often than not, it barely gets charged to full. It usually just remains the same level of charge as indicated by the blinking lights on the back of the case. The case also isn’t an Apple certified device, which is fine, but when I plug a charging cord into the case while my phone is inside of the case, it refuses to charge. Again, not a huge issue that I would happily work around, but the case itself hardly can hold a charge.
The case also isn’t fast/powerful enough when charging, so if I’m using an app like maps, it will maintain and hold the current battery percentage that is displayed on my phone. Not a huge deal breaker, but this acts as a secondary battery rather than a battery charger for my phone.

I got this a few days ago for my iPhone 11. If it was possible to give it 4 1/2 stars that’s what I would give it. It comes in a very very nice box everything is all in there it’s packed beautifully very easy to understand directions as if you couldn’t understand. The good thing I think is that it’s not in two pieces some of these battery chargers with the phone are in two pieces and that can break or you can lose it or it can fall off. This is not like that. It’s rubberized up top so you can just slide your phone in and pull the corners. I charged it when my battery was at 17% and it charged I would say about an hour and the phone was on. I then did it again at 20% give or take maybe 21 or 23%. And I turn the phone off and it’s charging to only 71% and I completely drained the charger. It had 2 lights out of the four that were left. that was for the second charge 1st charge all 4 lights. .So I would say you get 1 charge and 3/4 maybe two charges if your phone is off both times. So you look at what my experience was and that as exact as I can get it and make your own decision. These chargers do not charge up quickly. End of story. I have had one ever since I had an iPhone 5 I have purchased a battery charger. Always for emergency use but they do not charge quickly. Even when I had the ones I use just for emergencies even the one I had for my htc one the one time that I didn’t get an iPhone they all charge extremely slow they take hours to charge. So just be prepared for that which is no big deal. I still do not like the fact that I do not include a lightning cable even though the aftermarket ones are so cheap and they work too but they do not include any kind of an Apple cable. But to be honest I don’t know of any type of charger that actually does that I’ve on. I’ve on the ones that look like a roll of quarters and on the ones where you put your charger inside of it and none of them ever come with a lightning cable. It is very durable your phone will not break if you drop it. But always keep it on screen protector on it just in case. It’s not that heavy. It was worth the money I paid $35. It’s just for emergency basis for me. But I will tell you that when do I use it not every two months or so I will use the charger for all of my phones when I had them just to make sure the charger was still working and then I would recharge it again and then leave it for two or three months again and then charge my phones once in a while. I haven’t gotten there with this charger yet but I’ve never had an issue where my chargers have not worked. I don’t abuse them. I’m not one of those people who uses his phone 10 hours a day. I’m just not like that. So I don’t know how long they will last. All I know is if I pulled out the one from my iPhone 5s it’s still would work today. I don’t know what the life of the chargers is because I don’t abuse them. But in my opinion this is just as good as all the rest of them. Actually I take that back it is better. Because this is a one piece operation there is no top piece to click on top of your phone after you slide in. It slides in beautifully it’s not tight where you can’t get it out I have some chargers that are like that. This is the best one I’ve had.

Super fast delivery. You think you’re ordering just a case? Nope I got stickers, a thank you note, and a pop socket. The case is a lot thinner than iPhone cases I had in the past as well which makes it easy to get in and out of my pockets.

I have this charger for well over two years and you can really notice the durability of this product. I am always someone that forgets to charge my phone at night of simply does not want to but, I can always depend on this product to charge my phone fully when in need. Even though it is a bit bulky still does the job but then again you are asking for a bulky case by buying a battery case. Once, you receive your package from amazon you can really tell this company cares about their product by the way they box their product. Not only do they care about their product but, they are very proud of their products. Ensure you sign up for a warranty immediately with the card inside the box. After two years the phone case would not charge my phone for some reason so, I went on their website and emailed their customer service team. They gave me instructions on how to properly clean it but if that didn’t work, I had the option to issue a free replacement. Without hesitation they immediately sent me a replacement exactly how I received it two years ago. I told them that this was much appreciated, and I look forward buying more products with because how they stand by their products performance. Again, buying this product is %100 worth the amount they ask for.

Doesn’t stay charged for long. Losing connection to the cable in my car. Took the phone out and the cable works fine. Between not being wireless charging, not holding a charge, and losing connection, this is useless. Pay attention to the return window, because this is dead after a couple months…
I’m using this on my iPhone 11 to stretch out the life before buying a new phone. The only drawback is not being able to use my bedside wireless charger anymore and I have to swap cables from my watch to lightning cable.
