I ordered this item and set it up with my new iPhone 14 Pro Max, but it never worked as expected. Within two weeks, I realized I would have to return it. Amazon was great in the return process. They did ask me to write a review for others. So here goes.
The battery charger case is supposed to charge when plugged in – allowing the case to receive a full charge and then passing the current on to charge the phone battery. It never did work in this manner. The case would take a full charge, but it would not pass the charge on to the phone battery. So I would start my day with the phone at 25% if I was lucky. I was able to charge the phone itself by flipping the switch so the battery pack would charge the phone. After a while, this function stopped working too. The battery pack would have a charge, but it would not charge the phone. I would then take the phone out of the case to charge it. It was at this point I knew I had a bad item. I am hoping the replacement item (exact same product) will work as advertised. At least it failed quickly.
The only other thing I might mention is related to the case design – it doesn’t protect the camera very well. I put a screen protector on the camera portion and it sticks out from the case about 1/8 inch. This catches on things and therefore the protector broke. Need to replace the protector over the camera.
I like the “feel” of the case. Very nice to hold. Fits in the pocket (not a good idea to put a lithium battery in your pocket). Easy to put on and take off.
If there had been a similar product to choose over another identical case like this one, I would have – but there was nothing that offered the features I wanted. So I am taking a chance that the replacement case will work – and that I just got a bad one.
The features that this case offers – are nice ones – hope they work next time.

After 2 months of having this case it stopped working effectively. It will only charge the case but will not allow the phone to be charged. You’ll put it charge overnight and only the case will be charged but not your phone.

These are full size protectors that do not have a “u” cut out around the selfie camera. These protectors cover the entire screen. I love the black outline on the protector. It is sized perfectly so that it does not pop up on the corners when adding a phone case. Camera lens protector is very nice too. This will be my go to set moving forward.

This battery pack says a lot of time effort on recharging their phone every single time your battery is dead I got those push button is late turn on charges up your phone past time would recommend this

This product is not good. It doesn’t allow for the phone to charge and have to take it out of the case to charge it. Sometimes when pressing the button, the phone doesn’t even register power coming to it and it’s a brand new iPhone 14 Pro Max. Not good case.
