This is the perfect storage container for my pancake flour. This container is not too big and not too small. It is clear so you know when it’s time to buy more mix, and it’s made of thick plastic, so if it drops it won’t break. It has a very secure sealing system that makes it air tight to keep freshness in and insects out. It has a bar insert built in so you can level your cup without spilling flour all over the counter top. This is a great storage unit and I highly recommend it. 👌 😃

Love these containers for my baking supplies. This one holds a whole bag of flour and a little more. My favorite parts are the bar that levels the top of your measuring cup and that it is air tight. I haven’t dropped it yet, so I don’t know exactly how well it will hold up, but I take it in and out of my pantry a few times each week and it has been durable enough for that.

the flour keeps nicely in it. I like that it holds a full 4 pounds of flour with room to scoop out what you need. I did not keep the scrapper in as I like to spoon my flour into the measuring cups.
