I bought this for my cat, and she’s been using it for a week. So far, she really likes it. Unlike my previous one, this fountain has a dust cover that helps keep the water clean. It also has a sensor that automatically opens the cover when it detects my cat. So far, the sensor is very responsive and works well. The fountain pump provides a slow and smooth water flow, and my cat enjoys drinking from it ever since I got it for her. It’s cordless and safe to use.

I didn’t realize that the reason stuff like toys, kibble, and bugs end up in our cats’ water is because they actually put them there until I watched ours playing with this fountain. Sadly, no amount of lid will keep junk out of a curious cat’s water bowl. It does however do a good job of preventing the water from evaporating.

So far I am happy with this pet water fountain. I got it for my outside feral cats for this summer. I had a no frills water jug type dispenser but it tends to get leaves and dirt in it so I am hoping this will solve that problem. For now I have it set up inside for my dog. It is set to sensor mode and it is quite sensitive but VERY quiet! When it senses motion nearby the lid opens and the water starts bubbling up. When it gets ready to close it closes in three stages to give time for stray noses and paws to get out of the way. My dog hasn’t used it yet but I am not going to refill her regular bowl until she does. I will update on longevity after some time in use.

I really like the design of this pet water fountain because it has a dust cover, which prevents dust, hair, and bugs from falling in and polluting the water. It also has a sensor that detects when my cat approaches and automatically opens or closes the cover—very smart! Plus, it’s cordless. I usually fully charge it, and it lasts for several days without needing to recharge. A very smart and convenient pet water fountain!

My cat is very sensitive to bad or unclean water, so I was looking for a solution to keep everything clean. This cat water fountain is a great choice because it has a cover that prevents dirt and debris from falling in. It also has a built-in battery, so I can fully charge it and use it cordless—no messy cables. Since using this water fountain, my cat enjoys drinking fresh water, and I’m very happy with that!

Thankfully that dust protector is removable because it only served to scare my cats.
Usually, the cats take to a water fountain immediately. This one took a week after removing the dust cover for them to start trying it.
The functionality has been hit or miss with this honestly. It works sometimes, and then I have to readjust it to get it to work again.
The fountain is VERY bright as well. I intended to keep it in my bedroom, but that did not work out.
I can’t fully recommend it at its price point and quality

It is almost silent when running, so you won’t be disturbed when sleeping at night.
