This was a gift, but we have one and we love it. I use it almost everyday and it makes prepping before I cook so much easier and now I don’t have to ask my husband to cut things for me. 😅

I was looking for a cheese shredder. I was not certain this would work, hard to tell from the descriptions and pictures, but I decided I could at least julienne the cheese! Turns out there are 2 grating blades, one that would be a regular cheese grater, and a tiny one, like a zester size. There are 5 that fit it the mandolin type lid, that you would push the item across to either slice or grate. There is one they call “mash”, with round holes with spike around them. Haven’t tried that yet. Then the 2nd lid is for pushing items through. there are 3 blades for that. Also includes a dohicky to hold the food so you don’t cut your fingers, and a cleaning spikey thing. I am excited to try all the different options, but so far have just shredded a lot of cheese. I love that the lids sit on a container for catching everything. The lids fit securely on the container, but it’s kind of hard to get them on right. Not really hard but annoying, a minor annoyance and I’m sure I will get the hang of getting the tab in the slot with more use. The blades fit into 2 storage racks. The holder can fit inside the container for storage. But you still have the container with 1 lid, the 2nd lid, the 2 racks all loose. It would be nice to have something that would hold them all together so I don’t loose parts. I like that it all can go in the dishwasher and they seem sturdy enough that it will last a long time.

I got this off brand vegetable chopper because my name, brand one, broke only a few months after using it and let me just say this product did not disappoint. I wish I had bought this one from the beginning. It comes with a variety of different blades, cleaning fork, slicing holder, safety holder, and a catch tray. This vegetable chopper is very well made with strong material. The blades are super sharp. It chops my vegetables perfectly. It’s also fairly easy to clean, especially with the included cleaning fork. I must say I really love this vegetable chopper, and I highly recommend it.

I bought this cuz I spend about 20 min a day chopping veggies for dinner or salads for work. Game changer. I can now cut a pot of potatoes in about 2 min. Super easy to clean. The mandolin pieces work great too, to slice cucumbers or onions, etc. The only thing I’m not crazy about is grating pieces. They only have 3 rows to them so to me it takes longer than on a box grater and the protective piece doesn’t grab cheese that well. That so far is the only down fall. I love the chopping aspect.

I love this thing so much! Just yesterday I used it to make dice potatoes and peppers for Loaded Baked Potato Soup and it beats having to drag out my kitchenaid to shred cheese (that gums up the shredder) and it easily plowed through 4 pounds of whole baker potatoes like it was velveeta cheese!! It was better than the rectangle box shredderr! It didn’t slide around on the counter or nothin!! Excellent Product
