I expected a huge heavy box. However. The net was neatly folded and in a smaller box. It came with a few landscaping staples and plenty of zip ties. I bought more staples to ensure no dig underneaths, but love this item.
A great price for a quality product.
Btw— I used this to line a small dog kennel (5ft x 5ft) that had the staves to wide for my little one. I zipped the net to the middle and stapled it to the ground and he hasn’t attempted to get out. Awesomely useful!!

The box had something written on it like – “Yes there is a 7′ x 100′ fence in this small box”
The fencing material looked like it wouldn’t hold up but it out performed the plastic fencing that I used before which at first seemed more substantial. This fencing didn’t allow snow to accumulate on it and has been flexible and durable during this very cold winter. It’s more like netting than fencing material so it will probably be a little harder gathering it up and reusing it next winter than more seemingly substantial material but I think I’ll wrap it around a 2×4 and keep it like that. Easy to install and stretched out to cover everything I bought it for and more

I don’t know why some people expect this netting to keep a charging dog or deer from getting through!
It is strong enough for our purposes, and the only thing that ever got caught in it was a frog. It has worked well, and I like the aesthetics of it.
(We have deer in our neighborhood, and none of them have jumped this fence.)

Keeps deer out

Great product for a great price. Protects plants from deer and other plant eaters! Note that if you put it close to the ground, deer may eat the growth above the netting…

Ottimo materiale e conforme alla descrizione. Mi sto trovando molto bene. L’ho utilizzato per creare una recinzione temporanea esterna al pollaio. Consiglio

This is a very thin material. It is almost invisible, it will not keep out deer or anything larger than a bird. But for birds it works great. If you need to keep out larger animals consider a thicker material.

I live in northern Michigan and the deer and bunnies will eat your garden vegetables quicker than you can say “Detroit.” Last year I planted habanero and jalapeno peppers because they leave those alone. This year I expanded; added green beans, brussels sprouts, tomatoes. There is no way they are going to leave those alone so I invested in this deer fence netting.
I was a bit skeptical about it after reading the negative reviews. Some reviewers claimed it is hard to use, too thin to be protective or even seen by deer and other nibblers so how could it stop them. I didn’t really want to invest in a fence though, or even metal chicken wire. Things are expensive these days, yes? Even though gardening is a hobby, I like to at least break even on my costs with what I harvest.
I just put this netting up, so I can’t comment on its long term durability or whether it will stop mammalian pests from eating my vegetables. But, I will say this product really impressed me. The netting is VERY strong , flexible, and surprisingly easy to put up on the T-posts I am using as anchors. When I opened the box and saw the netting all rolled up into a 2 foot roll I thought, “now you’ve had it.” My first thought was this is going to be a disaster trying to unroll that netting and get it to go onto the T-posts without creating a tangled mess.
Fortunately, I was wrong. It unrolls without snagging or getting tangled during the unwinding process. I would just recommend you think before you act in putting this up, and take it slow. I didn’t have a second person, but if you have one available, it would make it easier. This advice is important, because there are no instructions or videos to watch.
I read some reviews that said the animal pests could not see the netting because it is so fine. I can see that being a problem, so I put some orange survey ribbons on the netting at various heights and intervals around the perimeter of my fencing. They hopefully should be able to see that. Also, the netting kit includes zip ties and large staples that go into the ground to better anchor the netting. I used it at the top and bottom of the netting once I unwound it to tighten things up.
I am very happy with my purchase overall. I think for $18 it is a good value.

I desperately needed something to keep the deer away from my romance cherry trees and hydrangeas while theyre still small. Trying to build a living fence won’t work if the deer keep eating any growth that they put out.
This was a life saver! I still kept up my smaller half cages to keep rabbits from chewing on the bark, but I’ve not had one deer issue since and my trees have taken off unmolested.
I left the bottom foot or so disconnected from my posts so I could put it up when weedwacking. It’s so thin you can barely see it when it’s up. I’m not sure how long it’ll last, the fencing is rather weak and it does seem to stretch, but I don’t think my deer are THAT motivated to get in, and I’m not that worried about the rabbits.
Overall I’m pretty happy with it.
You get quite a bit of fence for the cost. I bought three boxes, but only had to use two.

Uppenbarligen har Amazon förväxlat måtten “fot” och “m”. Bedrövlig kundinformation!

Every year, I go to battle with the deer in my yard. I have tried everything from deer repellent, soap, lavender, and cayenne pepper. Then I decided to try this deer netting.
Finally, I thought my beautiful perennials would survive the grow season, but I was wrong. The netting is extremely thin and a chipmunk could break through. I watched a buck chew right through the material and eat my daisies.
After losing some of my current flowers, I have tripled up the layers and crossed layered the netting, to allow the open squares not to be as visible to my yearly flower enemies.
This netting performance overall is not the best, but when you layer it several times, it does prevent the deer from eating your precious flowers. If you only do one layer as I originally did as advised, it’s flawed.
