I love decorating for Halloween, and I just started. It’ll probably take me a few weeks to get everything put up, but lights are first because they create such ambiance.

I love that these string of cute Halloween characters as lights is battery-operated, needing no outlet, which often limited where I wanted to put lights. What would have been even better would be USB rechargeable, but that’s for another year for them to come up with that. These lights take 3 AA batteries. The lights are on the dimmer side, and the little characters are a mummy, skeleton (or is it a grim reaper?), 1 pumpkin, double stacked pumpkins, cat face, ghost, spider & web, all cute not scary.

There are 8 different flashing patterns. There is no manual timer setting, but it automatically is set for being on for 6 hours.

These are battery operated Halloween lights, and from start to end, you find a variety of the cutest popular Halloween characters including black cats, mummies, witches and other familiar faces! I strung these along the underside of a bar over my sink in my kitchen using mounting tape, and they make my house look so festive and adorable! I tucked the battery pack in one of my cabinets and it looks very sleek!

I would have liked to give this string of Halloween lights a 4.5. The reason is because the black decorations are not translucent enough for the light to shine through. I didn’t want to go down one whole star because these decorations are still very cute in the daylight. Compared to other fairy lights the quality and artistry are very good and deserve a 5 star review. These lights are perfect for the little trick or treaters, cute and not too scary. When picking out decorative lights, I chose this one, that should tell you what my opinion of these Halloween lights was. I have not changed my mind, I still prefer this one.

This is an adorable idea. The figures are decently made and light up nicely. I think the skull is not as adorable per my children’s comments but it can be overlooked by how cute all the other ones are. My kids are little so this is as scary as we can get in our decoration but it lets them feel like they are celebrating without being too much to handle. I got a garland to hang over it and it is a perfect way to decorate a mirror.
