So far so great! Easy to set up and looks better than I expected. Since I put most of them up on my front porch I added extra strong 2 sided tape. If some candles dont light up, keep pressing the on button and get closer.

We had a slight issue with the battery section of the wand but reaching out to their support email went extremely well. The support team was kind & timely. They quickly sent out a replacement & even followed up to ensure the replacement was working. Whole setup works perfectly & I’m so happy with how the floating candles look.

The lights and wand look as expected, but the wand does absolutely nothing. It does not turn the lights on nor off. I’ve tried it at point blank with no obstruction. Also each light and wand takes a AAA battery. So without a wand it’s always on draining the battery or you have to unscrew all the different components each time you want to turn them off and remove the battery (then reinstall when you want it on again). What a pain in the back side.

You need to buy these flicker floating candles! They are SO pretty! I liked the 1st box so much, I bought another. Highly recommend! I had one candle where the cap was disfunctional and their customer service emailed me the next day. Had new candles in TWO days! Superior service!

These candles look nice and work as they should. They come with a neat wand to turn off and on. I’ve got them outside and they are doing just fine. They come on a lengthy fishline hanger. Simple to work and my children enjoy them.

The candles were very easy to use and the adhesive sticks really well to our ceiling which isn’t completely flat. What was even better was their customer service. I had two candles that just didn’t want to work no matter what I did. I contacted them and they sent me replacements within a couple of days of emailing them. And they also responded very quickly. Thank you again, team! You guys have been amazing! 🙂

So excited to get these candles. Unfortunately two out of the box would not work once I put the batteries in. I moved on putting the rest of the batteries in the others and when finished went back to the two that were not working. They were extremely hot to the touch!!! I immediately unscrewed and took the batteries out. The batteries were HOT almost burned my fingers getting them out. Due to the nature of the heat I would not recommend these. I do not know what would have happened had I left those two on my dinning table.
