These pearls were very fresh in their sealed bag. When you open the pack, you are hit with a strong floral aroma of jasmine. The pearls open up and brew nicely according to instructions, although I ended up adding another teaspoon because I enjoy my tea on the strong side. I use an infuser so I don’t have to fish out the pearls once they are done steeping. My sore throat always feels better after a warm cup of jasmine tea, so this is a great drink to have on hand in the winter.

The fragrance is not bad, kind of remind me of my home town tea I used to drink when I was a kid. It’s not the best in the class, but for the money, it is not bad considering new tea has not arrived and the old tea from last year has been in storage for quite a few months now.

This tea has an amazing delicate Jasmine floral scent when brewed and tastes great too. Added a touch of honey to the brewed tea that enhanced the taste. I have tried these pearls from other brands but these are definitely a winner. Amazing to watch how the pearls open up during the brewing process. The tea comes in a very elegant container, which is an added bonus.

I could barely taste the jasmine for teavana brand , fortunately this jasmine is a lot stronger . for both I use 5 teaspoon for 64 oz for 4 minutes each brand . the tea leaves little bit smaller . and it lot fresher tea.
if could still buy green heaven this would second best tea of all time. because I can’t this number 1 tea.
Fabulous taste! 100 out 100. and save $20 over 8oz and $40 less money for a pound . This is my new daily drink. And the best jasmine dragon pear green tea.
