*2nd update – I received my replacement unit, and I have a couple of observations.
1) The mic doesn’t mute when tucked in all the way, but my old one does. I think that’s technically a fault with the unit since it’s advertised to do so. It doesn’t bother me personally, since I didn’t care one way or another for the feature.
2) The plastic doesn’t creak on the new unit when you move it around, but it does on the old one. I’m not sure if that’s something that developed over the 9 months, or if this band is made of different plastic and now it’s fixed.

I’ll leave it as a 4 star review since I do think it is a good product – the speakers are very good. The mic, I’m told is good and my coworkers can hear me fine (used for meetings for many hours a day), my ears are never sweaty and they’re lightweight enough that I don’t get a headache or discomfort from wearing them. The pads feel exactly the same between the old pair and the new pair, so they should last for quite some time. The new pair feels slightly tighter on the head than the old pair, but I’m sure it’ll stretch a bit over time. I just hope the band holds up on the replacement.

*1st update – customer support has offered a replacement even though it’s outside the return window. Hope I just got a one-off the first time and the replacement is better.*

Original review – I really liked these headphones, used them for hours at a time for work and playing at the computer, was able switch it over to my phone quickly and go for a walk outside with them. Unfortunately, after only 9 months of use, the headband broke unexpectedly in the middle of the band. They didn’t even have a crack on them previously, otherwise I would have tried to patch it before it cracked. Not sure I’d recommend based on the lack of durability.

UPDATE: Really great customer service! I was contacted about my faulty headphones and was offered a replacement free of charge. They’re very quick at responding and provided me with a much better solution. Overall the quality is great, both comfort and sound. I really enjoy having a pair of Bluetooth headphones for work. Highly recommend ordering from this brand

I work from home and wanted a pair of Bluetooth headphones I could use where I didn’t need to be connected to the computer.
Started off well at first!
Really easy to set up and connect. Liked the retractable mic and easy access buttons. Battery life last a while.

HOWEVER, there’s some big problems with these headphones given the price mark.

1. While using the headphones on Microsoft teams the audio was great. However notification sounds or even audio for videos sounds far away almost like an echo which can be really frustrating at times. I did try to trouble shoot this problem however it did not fix the echo.

2. The mic occasionally cuts out. During Microsoft teams I would be in the middle of a meeting when my mic would give out with absolutely no warning. No sound, no alert and the light that indicates the mic is on shows no problems. I end up having to turn the headphones off and on to reboot it.
This is a pretty big problem for me since a large part of my job is calling people. So not only having a mic give out randomly BUT also not knowing when it does is really concerning.

Overall,
While it’s nice to have the freedom of working at my computer without having to be physically connected to it is nice, just know if you plan on using these headphones for a prolonged period of time like me, such as working or phone calls, you might be better off looking elsewhere.
– Otherwise, using these headphones for gaming might actually work really well

For the money, this is an excellent Headphone set. These headphones can connect with Bluetooth, with wireless with the included USB receiver, and hard wired using the included 3.5 mm audio cable.

Here are my likes about this set:
1- Easy to setup and use. Just long press the power button (3 seconds) and the voice lets you know they are powered up. Long press the mode button to switch from Bluetooth or Dongle which is the USB receiver. I used Bluetooth first to try it out. My PC found these as H300 and paired within seconds. I also paired with my phone and the call audio quality is great. To answer a call, just press the power button with a short press.
2- Sound quality is impressive. Deep bass and great midrange and high tones. The max volume is fine for me, I wouldn’t want these to go any higher. Even at the highest volume, the sound is excellent.
3- I love the controls. I prefer a dial volume as you can adjust quickly. The dial is sensitive and responsive so you can find the preferred settings easily.
4- The ear foam is soft and comfortable and doesn’t feel warm even when wearing for longer periods of time, at least not too uncomfortable. The headphones gently pull to your ears. I have a bigger head, and these do not feel tight. The headphones are fully adjustable as the headband can extend and retract for the right fit.
5- The mic hides but can be pulled out when needed. It has an attractive LED light around the tip. The mic wand is flexible and adjusts easily but stays in place once set.
6- No need to purchase batteries. This set is rechargeable and includes the USB-C charging cable.

Here is what I don’t like about these headphones:
1- NOTHING

These headphones are an excellent value for the money. I have others which are much more expensive and these headphones sound better to me. Love the fact that you have multiple connection options, they are rechargeable with long battery life, and sound excellent.

Very comfortable and does a great job filtering background noise

I bought these to help me study for my Financial Exams, and I was so disappointed. They look nice, and were packaged nice, 1) They didn’t fit my head, they will probably fit a smaller adult better. 2) Zero noise cancellation, they look like they do, but nothing. 3) To expensive for cheap buttons that are not very responsive. 4) audio wire that connects to your computer is waaay too short for a desktop, but perfect for a laptop on your lap or a few inches in from of you. I am returning.

These headphones by COOSII are great for anyone looking for headphones that are easy to connect by Bluetooth and USB.

The material of the headphones feel good. Just like any other generic headphones priced around the same price. They don’t feel overly premium. They’re lightweight and easy on the head.

The contents of the headphones are quite simple. It comes with an audio cable, type C charging cable, USB dongle and a basic user manual. I like the fact that it supports type C for charging since it’s now the most convenient used cable for most devices I have.

The two additions of the headphones; not only are they able to be connected by Bluetooth, but also by USB and audio cable. This really gives a wide variety of ways to connect these headphones to any device. They all work fine from my experience but I still personally use Bluetooth mode.

I’ve tested the mic via call. And I’m happy to report the mic works great as well.

Overall these headphones by COOSII are definitely worth getting if you want a pair of headphones that can connect in various ways and also having a charger that’s convenient to use also. Definitely a recommend!
