Right out of the box, I read the instructions (2 minutes, recommended), flipped the switch to Pairing, went to the laptop and paired it (the laptop found it, “BT-88” easily), and it worked. It has volume and pause/play buttons, and a mic mute button, besides the big “answer call” button on the earpiece.
Besides how easy it was to get going, what’s it like? Well, the sound is pretty good, and very good for voices, and I don’t notice any delay (with meetings or movies). And the noise cancellation is, as described, very good: in the office, whenever I’m in an online meeting along with the guy in the next cube, we could never both have our microphones un-muted at the same time; now we can, because my mic does not pick up his voice anymore. And people say my voice sounds great (I asked).
Also., it is indeed very comfortable. The ear cup and the little pad on the other side are both leather-like and soft, and softly cushioned. The headband is adjustable, even though adjusting it is much less important than with two earcups, since it doesn’t make so much difference how high or low the little pad on the right side is. Oh, and even though (IIRC) the product description does not say so, you can switch sides if you like and wear the ear cup on the right side.
The battery lasts a very long time: after 4 days of using it at least an hour per day, it’s at 80%. “Connect to 2 devices” works easily, though, if you have, say, YouTube paused on the PC, and the phone gives a text notification, when the notification is done, it will un-pause YouTube. I’m guessing this is probably how all multi-connected headphones work, especially with Windoze 11, but I haven’t tried any other multi-connected headphones.
There’s one other very small thing I’m not crazy about: when you press the Mute button (if you are currently using the mic, otherwise it does nothing), a voice says “mute on” or “mute off”. It’s only a small thing, and some people probably find it brilliant, but if I use it during a meeting to, say, mute a sneeze or cough, the voice obscures the other voices for a little while; it would be less obtrusive if they used a tone like some do. There’s also a little red light next to the mic that’s on when it’s muted, and just visible in peripheral vision, a very nice touch, which IMHO just makes the voice extra-annoying since it’s unnecessary. But you might like the voice.
A final nice “plus”: there’s an email address that they even print on the drawstring bag it comes with. I asked a question, and they replied in about a day (no, the voice doesn’t turn off), in excellent English.
TL/DR: it does what it says, and is overall very nice. It’s not cheap, and it’s not cheap.

For the price this is a fantastic one-ear headset. The mute button is a great feature and includes a super bright red LED to show when it’s engaged. It’s fairly comfortable and the battery life is solid. I can go an entire 10-hour shift not needing to plug it in (but I only have a few calls/meetings per day). It can be used while charging, which is a nice touch.

These headphones are really spectacular quality. They last a long time without much charge, the range is fairly good, it is SUPER comfortable and can be worn for both right and left side because it swivels both ways, and the sound quality is excellent.
My favorite part about these headphones is that it is super easy to connect because you have multiple ways to connect it. You can connect it either through Bluetooth, or with a cable (old-school style), or my favorite… Connecting it wirelessly through the USB that is included.
THIS IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE STRICT SECURITY SYSTEMS ON THEIR WORK LAPTOPS AND COMPUTERS!
The above sentence is important, because many people do not know that most headphones and earbuds that connect via USB will require you to download a driver. What this means for people who are not tech savvy… if you have a stick security system at work which most places do have that now, you cannot download the software to be able to use most headphones or earbuds. THAT’S WHAT MAKES THIS SPECIFIC HEADSET STAND OUT! You do NOT need to download any software and it works automatically with the USB so I can use this for work which is what I have been having a hard time finding for so long.
Overall, I very highly recommend this product and I do not say that often!

This is a lightweight, rechargeable headset with soft padding on the headband, T-pad, and ear cushion. It’s very comfortable to wear, and can be worn on either ear, because the boom mic can rotate 270 degrees. It also comes with a really nice carrying bag.
It quickly paired via Bluetooth to my iPhone, and quickly connected to my desktop computer once I plugged in the USB Dongle. It’s easy to operate, and all of the controls on the headset worked fine.
The microphone’s quality is excellent. It did not have any errors when I dictated text using my iPhone, or with my desktop computer. Also, Siri on my phone was immediately responsive to making calls, and to every other command that I gave it.
I first made a couple of calls to my wife to test the level of voice quality at both ends. She told me that my voice was “Loud and clear” on her end, so the microphone’s quality again was excellent. However, on my end, even though the volume of her voice was good, and I knew exactly what she said without issue, her voice was not as crisp as hearing it using the phone itself. I would describe it as slightly muffled. I experienced the same slightly muffled sound when listening to voicemails using the headset.
I wanted to identify the cause of what I was hearing, so I tested it by listening to some songs from my iPhone’s music library. As I listened, it gave me a clear explanation to the problem. I found that the headset has too much emphasis on the lower band frequencies (Bass), and not enough on the higher band frequencies (Treble). This lack of equalization between the two produced the type of sound where the vocals and instrumentals were lacking the crispness they needed.
In the end, I actually like the headset, but it does need improvement to the overall audio quality it delivers.
