Mother’s Day Collection – 20 Assorted Tulips Without Vase – Gift for Birthday, Sympathy, Anniversary, Get Well, Thank You, Valentine, Mother’s Day Fresh Flowers

Was super disappointed in these flowers! I’ve ordered flowers from Amazon before and was pleased, but these were sent to a friend for her birthday and she said they were pretty for one day and died really quickly.

Delivered on time. Tulips were beautiful and my daughter loved them. The delivery date changed but they managed to get them there on time.

I purchased these tulips for my mother for Easter in 2023, hoping to brighten her day with a beautiful bouquet of springtime flowers. Although the offer of 20 tulips with free Prime Delivery for less than $50 seemed like a good value, I was hesitant due to the lack of reviews. Nevertheless, I decided to take a chance and share my experience, which unfortunately turned out to be quite disappointing.

I placed the order well in advance to avoid any last-minute rush and was assured the tulips would arrive on Friday. To my surprise, they were delivered a day early, on Thursday. My mother texted me to express her gratitude, but also mentioned the tulips were in poor condition. She sent me pictures of the wilted flowers and informed me that there were only 9 tulips instead of the promised 20. Despite her efforts to revive them by cutting the stems and placing them in water, the tulips remained lifeless.

Our conversation went as follows:

Mom: ‘Hi son thank you for the spring flowers’
Me: ‘❤️’
Mom: ‘But I have to tell you that they are not In good shape. I will send pics. Hold on’
Me: ‘Show me’
Mom: [sends me attached photos]
Mom: ‘I cut them and put in water to help them. I just got them.’
Me: ‘yeah that’s not what I bought’
Mom: ‘I know it wasn’t’
Me: ‘I’m real sorry about that’
Mom: ‘Not your fault but let them know’
Me: ‘You were supposed to get 20 tulips not 10 and they certainly weren’t supposed to be dead’
Mom: ‘Omg’
Me: ‘let me know where they’re at in a few days after some TLC’
Mom: ‘There are 8 tulips here!’
Me: ‘That’s disappointing’
Mom: ‘Lol ok pray for a miracle!’
Me: ‘Sorry Mom let me see what I can do’
Mom: ‘Here they are now ‘
Mom: [sends me pictures of dead wilted tulips in a vase of water]
Mom: ‘Not your fault’
Me: ‘Sheesh I could have done that with a steak knife and some tulips growing outside my patio door’
Mom: ‘But thanks for the thought. ❤️’
Mom: ‘They’re pretty sad. We have box and paperwork if you need anything or more pics’
Me: ‘You can toss that Amazon gave me a refund’
Mom: ‘Wait we have 9. This poor baby drooping’
Mom: [Sends me picture of a tiny tulip that is on it’s way out]
Me: ‘Let me try again lol’
Mom: ‘Ok. They were actually hot when they arrived. No wrap or water source. It’s not hot here yet. 60s. Just tulips thrown in a box’
Me: ‘ok I’ll try to make this right’
Mom: ‘It’s not the quality you usually send and i needed to tell you. Ok honey let me know. I appreciate the thought.’
Me: ‘🧔🏻‍♂️💔🥀’
Mom: ‘Lol. Stop it. 💩 happens’

In summary, not only was the quantity of tulips less than advertised, but the quality was also severely lacking. The flowers arrived wilted and dying, with no water source or proper packaging to preserve their freshness. Understandably, this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth when it comes to ordering fresh cut flowers.

Fortunately, my mother was very understanding, and I was able to make amends by purchasing a bouquet from a local florist, albeit at a much higher cost. While it was nice that something was delivered, no one wants to send their loved ones dead flowers on a special occasion like Easter. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product, and I urge potential buyers to look for alternative options to avoid disappointment or having to go through a similar situation.

Arrived on time. The prescription was very perfect. All the flowers lasted almost two weeks.
