Flowers arrived on time and fresh! So beautiful and they are lasting long it’s been about week and a half maybe 2 weeks and they are still looking beautiful. I will definitely order. The person I purchased these for lives on the opposite coast in a very remote town without any FTD florists around. Her local grocer has a florist but they only sell in person (no phone/cc orders). This is a very convenient way to send flowers. The flowers were fresh & healthy. She sent me a picture of them ~ they didn’t look anything like what I ordered, but it was Mothers Day & I ordered late so they were probably out of stock & substituted. I would order again.

The flowers were beautiful but they were supposed to be sent to a friend in Arizona. Just within 30” of placing the order I realized they were being sent to my address. I texted with a person on your “help” line explaining the mixup and she assured me that the order would be cancelled. They were delivered to me on 01/15 and there wasn’t any way to return them without them dying so I kept them. They are truly beautiful, but I would never have ordered them for myself. I’m disappointed in your “help” line.

I wasn’t sure when I decided to order a bouquet of flowers from Amazon, but now I’ll never order from anyone else again. They arrived on time and lasted forever. They were not exactly the same ones in the picture, which they warned me, but if anything, they were nicer than the ones in the picture. I highly recommend them.
