I needed a dock for my Mac mini, and in looking I found this one. I can plug my headphones as well as my mouse into it, have an SD card slot, and it fits on my desk. I do wish the cord was longer but it’s meh.

Works well, doesn’t seem to have any speed bottle necks, but I don’t think it’s a true 7 in 1 since the SD and microSD ports don’t seem to be separate. I have not used the HDMI port yet so I can’t confirm the performance of that feature, but everything else seems to be up to spec.
