Ho acquistato il set di spatole SURDOCA per lavorare meglio gli impasti di pizza e pane, e sono davvero soddisfatto del risultato! Queste spatole sono esattamente quello che cercavo: pratiche, resistenti e facili da usare.
La plastica è robusta ma flessibile, il che rende queste spatole perfette per seguire le curve della ciotola o per tagliare l’impasto senza fatica. Inoltre, sono facili da pulire e non trattengono residui, il che è un grande vantaggio quando si lavora con impasti appiccicosi.
Un altro punto a favore è l’ottima presa che offrono, anche quando le mani sono leggermente unte o infarinate. Questi strumenti sono diventati indispensabili nella mia cucina, migliorando notevolmente la qualità del mio lavoro con impasti per pizza e pane.

SURDOCA Dough Scraper Bench Scraper – 3P 4.7×3.7″. I really love this scraper. It’s thick but flexible. I thought at first the size was too small but it actually is the perfect size for scraping dough out of mixing bowl or from chicken salad bowl to cutting into bread dough.
Before this, I used to use a long handle with a silicone scraper but this scraper is more effective in getting out items from bowl. Small and effective. Little is wasted. Feels good in my hands. And, the size is perfect for controlling where to scrape. And, it’s easy to clean! Good quality. Good price giving a great value for 3 pieces at $6.99. Plus, nice fun colors.

The flexibility is perfect for scrapping dough from the bowl, or cutting through dough when working on a hard surface. The edge is sharp and makes it easy finish to get a clean cut when dividing dough. It has a slightly textured grip which is very nice and being non-stick is a huge benefit. It’s nicely made, no rough edges and very way to use.
I’m sending these to my friends who bake as I see them as the perfect bread bakers tool.

Partendo dal fatto che anche con una spesa così irrisoria te li spediscono con prime.
Questi tarocchi sono ben fatti, facili da pulire e della dimensione giusta.
Utili sia per tagliare impasti, gnocchi o anche per pulire ciotole tonde utilizzandole al contrario, davvero indispensabili in cucina!
