These basting brushes are great quality for the price. The set comes with two brushes in different sizes, offering versatility for various kitchen tasks. The bristles, though not overly unique, are small in diameter but with a bunch together, which helps them pick up and spread liquids effectively. Great price for multiple quality brushes. They work perfectly and wash well. Very easy to keep these clean and sanitary.

So like a lot of people, I’ve been guilty of using certain kitchen tools long past the point they should have been replaced. Silicone brushes tend turn funky faster than a duck in a disco but they seem fine as long as you don’t sniff them. Give it a try, give all your silicone brushes (and other tools) the sniff test. Then look at it closely. Closer than that. Even closer….that’s it! If it looks fine and the smell doesn’t automatically repel you away, you’re golden, carry on. However if has gone funky, these brushes are a great replacement. I wasn’t really expecting much and time will tell how durable they are but for now they are working great. I’ve now ditched all my two piece brushes because they aren’t easier to clean and have non of the advantages they claim. From what I’ve seen so far, these new brushes are more durable, more comfortable and they look great as well. I do wish the hard plastic in the handle went further up towards the top but that’s a minor complaint and it doesn’t affect the use of the brushes at all. I also wish they had more colors but again, not a big deal. If they stand the test of time I’ll likely buy a complete set of the various sizes.

These hold up and clean up well. Have always put in the dishwasher and no issues. These replaced those two piece variety that are just a pain to connect top to handle after running thru the dishwasher a few times. I like the flexibility of the brushes as they are not super stiff but not flimsy either. I’ve used these from basting BBQ to applying melted butter and they work like a charm. The two sizes are great for all sorts of cooking tasks.
