I chose the soap dish in “milky white” so that it would easily blend into all color schemes. Though it’s not an issue, I would actually call it “ivory” or “almond,” since I would never buy milk that is this color. It seems completely durable and is the size of a standard bar of soap. The top rim is slightly rough; there’s a very thin ridge that I presume was just slightly above the top of the mold. I like the double layer so that the soap will drain and dry out without sitting in the water that clings to the bar after use. For my current need, I like that it doesn’t have the hinged lid to have to flip out of the way. At time of order, the cost was $4.99 which is in line with most lower-end plastic soap dishes.

This soap dish would work well holding a sponge, or small bar of mass produced soap. It’s light weight and easy to clean, but small. I tried using it with a natural, hand poured soap and it did not offer enough drainage, so my soap remained wet, and broke down quickly.

A great small soap dish! It is easy to clean and the two pieces fit together well. The two notes I have are that 1. It is smaller so will not hold large soap bars, and 2. It does fall apart into the 2 different pieces if you mess with it, but if you are careful it doesn’t move at all. It makes it easy to clean my shower soap and keep the slipperyness contained so that I don’t slide around in the shower!

This is the perfect little soap dish for hand or body soap. It’s a bit small for some of my shampoo and conditioner bars, but that’s okay! This doesn’t take up a lot of space, and I love this color (the lighting in my picture makes it look more yellow than it is). Highly recommend!

This soap dish was smaller than I expected but when I put it next to my regular soap dish, the area that holds the soap is the same size, it’s just that this one doesn’t have a very large rim around the edge. I like that the dish comes in two pieces so I can wash them periodically and remove any residual soap. The space between the grate and the bottom dish is sufficient that you don’t have to empty the dish of soapy water very often and it keeps your soap above the water efficiently.
