These ELF sharpeners are great for their price. Bonus is they are dual hole, normal and slightly larger.. They are sharp and stay that way for months. They come with a pick to clean excess shavings. I have used them for more than a year and still find they work well with any of my eyebrow or eyeliner pencils that need to be sharpened. I have even used these sharpeners on regular coloured pencils and they do a decent job. I will continue to buy them. If they stay at their bargain price

I have an eye pencil that has a plastic base. I was nervous that this cheap sharpener wouldn’t work well with my plastic eye pencil, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it worked just fine! It can sharpen multiple sized pencils, and does a good job catching the pencil shavings. I haven’t had any issues with the cover opening on me like other reviewers have reported. For a couple of bucks, this is a good deal IMO.
