I bought a few of these. Work great for about a year. I ordered a replacement. I set the color I wanted by pressing the button as per the directions (bright white). Worked great for two days then light started with red and started rotating colors. This keeps happening repeatedly. I spoke with Amazon and this item can not be returned because it has been used in my toilet. This is understandable. I was unable to contact seller. Amazon refunded me. Thank you
To be fair I have ordered several of these with no problems. Nice product I must have just got a bad one. Hopefully this seller can correct their add. NOT RETURNABLE as this was installed in a toilet. Health hazard

I like the colored light displays. As someone who usually gets up in the dark to visit the little room, the light is bright enough I don’t need to turn on any lights, without being so bright that it hurts my eyes or wakes me up too much for me to fall back asleep. My only wish is that the motion detector wasn’t so sensitive, and there was an off switch for the times I don’t need it to come on but it does.

I bought this for my husband as a stocking stuffer this year and he loved it. Our “water closet” doesn’t have an outlet for a nightlight so getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom was a pain because you have to turn the big, bright light on. But with this it gives enough light so you can see without turning on the light! Highly recommended.

When you don’t want to turn on a bright light in the middle of the night to go, then this is what you need. You just hang it over the rim of the toilet. The seat will still lay flat. It’s motion activated so if you can find the bathroom then the bowl will guide you the rest of the way. No need to turn on a blinding light when you don’t want to be awake yet.

I don’t know why this has any bad reviews honestly. We’ve had this for several months and love it. This seems stupid, but it actually works really well. The motion sensor comes on as you walk towards the bathroom and there’s a soft glow so you can see whether your husband left the seat up or if any critters decided to take a stroll on your toilet seat before you plop down. It’s so nice to not have to turn the light on and completely wake yourself up.

If it’s not coming on or coming on too frequently, simply adjust the position on the toilet. I suggest closing the seat while you adjust it so you don’t accidentally place it under that little bump on the bottom of the toilet seat and snap it when you sit down. It also doesn’t interfere with cleaning at all since you can slide it back-and-forth, just make sure you reposition it where you had it
