Actualización: Tuve un pequeño inconveniente con el producto y el servicio de atención al cliente se comunicó conmigo inmediatamente. El equipo de soporte técnico me brindó ayuda excelente y decidió emitir un reembolso completo por iniciativa propia, lo cual agradezco enormemente.
Quiero destacar que el comedero funciona perfectamente y la aplicación es muy intuitiva. El único detalle a mejorar es que no envía notificaciones cuando se está agotando la comida en el compartimiento interno. En general, estoy satisfecho con el producto y especialmente con la atención recibida.

Just got this cat feeder and quickly set it up. Wish I’d realized there was an updated version with WiFi and an app for just a bit more. Honestly, though, this more basic model seems to do everything you need it to and is extremely easy to set up and program. I applaud the user interface design team for implementing an interface that allows you to perform all setup and programming with a scroll wheel and a single button. If you’re gifting this to an older relative who isn’t very tech saavy, this more basic model is probably the one to get. I’m using it with Purina Cat Chow, which has oddly shaped kibbles. Hoping that doesn’t increase the chances of a “jam” in the feeder shovel. Guess I’ll find out soon enough. For now, though, I’m happy. I’ve only done a couple of automated feedings to date, but it’s performed them well with no issues. I do have the unit plugged in, but I do suspect it would run for a decent amount of time on just the three backup “D” cells… probably months.

Simple and easy to use! So far so good! I don’t need all the bells an whistles. One dial sets feeding for up to 6 feedings.

Performs exactly as promised and just what I needed. There is a little experimentation depending on the size of your kibble as to how much is going to come down for each serving. A serving is a very small amount, so measuring how many servings is needed to dispense the amount your kitty will eat is important. It wasn’t hard to set up or to figure how to use. There is a YouTube video to help you if you need it.

Why didn’t I think of this before! Works great and keeps my cat happily fed. Easy set up with battery backup. It’s one less thing we have to worry about.

The only thing I didn’t like was you can’t set am or pm, it goes into 24 hr clock. It’s really great you can adjust the amount of food that comes out. I purchased this, I didn’t get it free like many others. I got it because we took in a kitten and my cat got very fat from stress eating. So I needed something that could give out a certain amount of food at a time. This is perfect. If you’re looking for a good product this is it. One really great thing is it comes with a plug plus has battery backup. The packaging was so nice. The free hanging cat toy is well used. The bowl size is very nice and the fact it’s stainless steel makes cleaning a breeze. I’m very happy with this purchase. Since I purchased this we rescued another kitten.

Very easy to program. Food seals and is cat proof. Shorter in height so the cat can’t knock it over. Has rubber sweepers inside so pieces of food don’t fall out when the cat attacks it. I have a bad cat, and the machine has completely put a stop to his badness. Very satisfied.
