No Response for wrong Delivery
This was a Walmart on line purchase. I ordered a blue bike, they sent me a black bike. I contacted Walmart, they forwarded the email to manufacturer and said I would hear from them within 48 hours. It has been a week with no response from the manufacturer or follow up from Walmart. The instructions to the bike were for a completely different model bike. Not cool.

Not satisfied
First my sister ordered this bike and when received the light was not working but she didn’t make a big deal but then the back tire blew within a couple of days. I ordered one and never received it when I reached out to the company they were not willing to resolve like most companies would and only offered half off so I just took my money to a different company.

Get what u pay for and this one wasn’t worth it.
Order the blue bike got a black one instead. Charged it for 6 hrs till it was full but it I don’t think the battery is very good or at least the battery also the bike I got. Rode bike for about 8 or 9 miles give or take I lost mileage cause battery just died. The front tire was making a grinding noise while riding. Overall bike rode smooth and it is a heavier bike. I wouldn’t recommend buying bike cause I only got eight to 9 miles out of the battery. I only hit a top speed 19.5 mph on pas3 mode. Motor doesn’t seem bad on it but it did struggle a little going up hills I was peddling to help it up the hills. Headlight wasn’t bad on it tho. I don’t know if that helped kill battery faster on it. The bike it self has a really decent build and frame looks like it would last u easy 10 yrs if garage kept but I can’t say that’s the case with the battery and motor. Chain popped off twice during my first ride with it. The only things that impressed me was the frame build, the motor, I liked that u could see how fast u are going on the display along with battery life. I would rate higher but battery seems to be junk and front tire makes a grinding scratching noise while u ride it. I thought it might be the front brakes dragging on it because bike slows down real quick.

You get what you pay for.
This bikes a piece of work I got about 200 miles on mine brakes barely work screws keep coming loose battery takes you about 20 miles on full charge and if you use max speed level 5 it burns away your battery quick for small trips its not bad but if youre doing doordash like me invest in something worth more

Ok bike so far after a few add ons wish it had more gears the motor kicks in in assist mode and it’s hard to keep up the peddling- it needs more gears, but we’ll worth the price.
