When I was in China, I used to eat the double-egg yolk lotus seed paste mooncakes from Guangzhou Restaurant a lot. Back then, they were a bit too sweet so I couldn’t eat that many, but the mooncakes I ordered this time have just the right amount of sweetness and the egg isn’t fishy at all, so they’re so delicious—I highly recommend them! They really bring back memories.
