I love this fountain but just noticed that the dispensed water tastes like tubing? Does anyone know how to safely remove the taste?

Stopped working properly after only a few days. Recycles the water immediately after fresh water has been put in no matter how the hours are set. It fills up within minutes and then needs to be refilled. Waste of money unfortunately.

This thing is great my cat is a splasher! But she can’t do it with this product. It changes the water to your liking and tells you when dispose of the used water. I have tried several at 3 products the fountain the other ones with the charcoal filters terrible. This is the one! For cats takes the splash away!

So far, I like it.
I like the fresh water, no filter, concept.
I do wish it could sense when the cup is out of water and refill itself. Instead my cats have to yell at me. Which tells me it’s not a good idea to have that as the only water source if I were to go out of town.
I am purchasing another one (I have 3 cats). So maybe that can solve the issue of running out of water in the cup. Who knows.
We have had no problems with it thus far. It’s always plugged in, so can’t speak to battery life. Noise is not too much.
Only other issue is when I put water in the new water side, I have to plug the hole with my hand or it drips all the way to the base. That doesn’t make sense to me. But it’s a small price to pay for clean water.

Water is always half full, my cat does not like to drink from it. Small bowl, which only fills half up.

My cat loves this fountain! It was my third and final try to get him to drink from a fountain. Charge lasts a long time and there are no wires to trip on or filters to change. Designed very well. Doesn’t ask to drink from sink faucet anymore! So cute watching him drink from it and seeing him on the camera overnight! Thank you! 🥰

My oldest boy drives me nuts playing with the water and getting his dirty poo poo and litter feets in it and then making marks on my floor.
Were trying to sell our home and I cant worry about marks on the floor. And I had to replace it frequently so the other animals would have “freshies” as we call it in our home.
