I’ve seen a few of these and inside it wasn’t very detailed and nice. This one is great and covers a lot of questions and things many of the others didn’t.

My son bought this for his Grandma for Christmas, and when she opened it up and saw what it was, she got tears in her eyes. This is the perfect way for her to tell him about her past, what she was like as a little girl, her schools, hobbies, friends, dreams. A keepsake that he’ll always have. This book is awesome because it is a way for a mother to not only reflect but also to share. This is a book that will ask you to be introspective and honest. It has questions that make you reflect and think. Sometimes one can get lost in daily tasks and forget about the long-term accomplishments. Sometimes a parent needs to connect with their children by sharing ideas and experiences. This book will help. I highly recommend this for yourself and then sharing it (maybe not all of it) with someone you love.
