This is the best zester out there. I bake lots of cookies and love zesting things into them like lemon, orange, and lately, coconut! I was able to really get some nice coconut zest from the coconut meat.
The zester is sharp. It comes with a guard- use it! You can cover it when not in use so you don’t cut yourself when removing it from the drawer.

It has a nice grip and the cover it very useful. It also grates nicely but for lemon the grating goes a little too deep for me.

I’ve only used my new Zester once so far, but it worked great for zesting lemons for some Ameretti cookies. The grip part on the bottom was very helpful. It took only a rinse & gentle swipe with a cloth to clean it. So far it’s a great tool! Nicely made. The plastic safety cover is great, too.
